Our Journey To Building Our Kansas City Area Law Firm
The foundation of our firm began when Ryan Fowler and Tom Picker, former medical malpractice defense attorneys, made a pivotal decision to stop representing insurance companies. They chose instead to advocate for individuals, believing it would be more fulfilling to stand up for those who needed strong representation against powerful interests.
Spencer Eisenminger joined the partnership in its early days, bringing additional expertise and shared values to the practice. After a tragic event that took the life of Tom Picker following a successful trial verdict, Rob Norfleet joined the firm, seamlessly integrating into the team with his aligned philosophy and approach to client representation.
